Meet the team

Gerry Giblin has been CEO of PaceMetrics since 2005, having led the management buyout of the company from CSK Software in 1999. In 1985, Giblin was the co-founder (with Dermot Desmond) of Dublin-based Quay Financial Software which was subsequently sold to CSK Software in 1996. Prior to that, Giblin worked for Dow Jones Telerate in the USA. He has an engineering and mathematics degree from Trinity College in Dublin.

Norbert Boon joined PaceMetrics as global head of solutions in 2008. Before that, Boon was responsible in 2005 for restructuring Morningstar's Tenfore data provider. Boon previously worked for Asset Control from 1994 to 2005 as vice-president of sales, growing the company's revenues before moving Asset Control into enterprise data management and first introducing the concept of the 'golden copy'. Boon's earlier experience includes experience of risk management, market-making and derivatives trading.

Since joining PaceMetrics in 2004, Louise Kerley has developed a global portfolio of customers, including Abbey, Deutsche Bank, GE Capital and Hewlett Packard, working closely with both the product development and professional services teams. Kerley has a wealth of financial IT experience in treasury systems from her previous work with CSK Software and Cambridge Technology Partners. Kerley has an honours degree in computer applications from Dublin City University.

Jorn Vos joined PaceMetrics in 2007 and now has responsibility for the company's EMEA sales operations. Before joining PaceMetrics, Vos worked at Asset Control for eight years. Vos studied economics and information technology at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands.

With over 10 years' software development experience covering e-marketing, CRM, billing, OSS and financial services systems, Richard Hodgins has a strong technical background, excellent project management qualifications and experience, and a proven record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Hodgins has considerable experience in Agile development and has successfully implemented the Agile software development lifecycle at PaceMetrics, transforming the speed with which PaceMetrics can respond to changing customer requirements.

With over 20 years' risk management experience, Jamie Chambers has both business and IT knowledge of the banking, insurance and software sectors. Before joining PaceMetrics, Chambers was an independent risk consultant, helping financial services organisations with their operational risk strategy and process design. He has wide experience of trading and risk management environments, having worked as a risk manager with responsibility for monitoring market, credit and liquidity exposures, and led the development software products for risk control and trading support in treasury and derivatives operations.

Dick Severs joined PaceMetrics in 2009, with a focus on buy-side financial institutions. Severs was previously a valuation and pricing analyst for ING Investment Management, with involvement in valuation control projects, outsourced fund administration and development of ING's European pricing framework. He has a Masters degree in economics (majoring in finance) from Maastricht University and passed level 1 of the CFA examination.
